Our personal boundaries set the limits for acceptable behavior in people around us, and the quality of all our relationships depend on them. How do your friends and family treat you? When things don’t go to plan, it’s easy to blame someone else. Letting go of blame and taking responsibility for the way your life turns out is the greatest liberation of all. How did you get where you are today? Through hard work, talent, good or bad luck, upbringing, playing it safe, taking risks? The chances are that each of these played a part, but the one unifying factor is your behavior.
